September.Regarded as being on the cutting edge of satirical African Hip Hop in their commentary on the realities of modern Ghanaian life, FOKN Bois describe

their politically-charged style of music as “gospel porn Christian rap”.South African musical giant NickyB, producer and presenter of The World Show on Kaya

FM will be the DJ for the night. She is famously known for her unparalleled sets, as she cuts across continents, bridging genres and generations.Entrance is free.

Coz ov Moni: South African Premiere

FOKN Bois will be presenting their celebrated film Coz ov Moni. The film is dubbed “the world’s first pidgin musical”.Directed by King Luu,it reveals the daily

struggles of the country’s working class youth. The film will be screened atAfrikan Freedom Station in Westdene. FOKN Bois will be in attendance for a

question and answer session.
